The Wekiwa Swimmers held their annual picnic at the Wekiwa Springs at Wekiwa Springs State Park. At a time when the hardworking ranger staff has other responsibilities, the Wekiwa Swimmers are a group of regular swimmers who pick up garbage in the springs, scrub algae off the steps that lead into the water, and remove graffiti from the bulkhead and from within the springhead.
