Seven Apopka spots offer taste of fall

Key Points

Pumpkin has plenty of company on Apopka’s menus. Apple, maple and pecan turn up in coffee drinks, doughnuts and pies, giving fall-minded customers a few options beyond their usual latte.

This seven-place shortlist mixes limited-time drinks with familiar bakery flavors and desserts to order ahead. Some stops suit a quick coffee break. Others call for a little planning before a family gathering.

  1. Canon Coffee

Canon’s Fall 2026 delivery menu reads a little like a dessert counter. An apple pie latte combines apple and cinnamon, while candied pecan and oatmeal cream pie lattes offer other ways to order the season. Pumpkin drinkers have both a latte and cold brew to consider.

For a less dessert-heavy option, the same listing includes a maple milk macchiato made with espresso, maple syrup and milk.

    Location: 74 W. Second St.

  2. Calypso Coffee Bar

Calypso’s seasonal menu includes Gourdius God of Pumpkins, a pumpkin-spice latte topped with Heath candy, and Apple of Discord, an apple-caramel latte with whipped cream and a cinnamon apple chip. Practical Magic takes another route, combining cinnamon-cookie flavor with maple brown sugar cold foam and Biscoff crumbles.

    Location: 1466 Rock Springs Road.

  3. Doughlicious Donuts

An apple fritter makes a straightforward fall breakfast, and Doughlicious lists it alongside cinnamon rolls and maple bars. The maple-bacon bar adds a savory topping for anyone who wants something beyond sugar and spice.

These choices come from the regular menu, so this stop does not depend on a pumpkin-special announcement. The shop also rotates flavors that customers can find only in person.

Location: 2250 W. Orange Blossom Trail.

  4. Propagate Social House

Propagate’s house specialties offer a quieter approach to fall flavors. Its menu lists a bourbon salted toffee latte and a salted honey-vanilla latte, along with chai for customers who prefer tea. These are regular house drinks rather than a confirmed new fall collection. They give the downtown stop a place in a seasonal outing without making every order a pumpkin one.

    Location: 40 E. Fifth St.

  5. Aunt Gingibread’s Bakery

Aunt Gingibread’s offers a way to bring fall dessert home for the table. Its online menu lists pumpkin pie and apple crumb pie, the latter with an oat topping. Both come in 6-inch and 8-inch sizes. The bakery also lists pumpkin pie bars on a shortbread crust.

For a gathering, a pie or pan of bars provides a different option from individual drinks.

    Location: 409 S. Park Ave.

  6. TRU~CAKES

This is the one stop on the list outside Apopka, a short drive away in Longwood. TRU~CAKES lists pumpkin, apple, pecan and sweet potato among its custom pies. Its cake-flavor options include apple butter and a chai-and-espresso combination.

This is a custom-order choice rather than a promised walk-in pastry stop. Customers should arrange their order and pickup details with the bakery before making the trip.

    Location: 755 W State Rd 434, Suite N-O, Longwood. Phone: (407) 622-7202.

  7. Bread by Blaze

For a fall breakfast at home, Bread by Blaze lists made-to-order cinnamon rolls in six- and 15-packs. The Apopka bakery says it bakes in small batches, with orders opening weekly and pickup or delivery in 24-72 hours.

Plan ahead rather than treating this as a walk-in stop. These are regular-menu cinnamon rolls, not a confirmed limited-time fall special.

    Location: Apopka, by arrangement.
