The Wildlife Drive at the District’s Lake Apopka North Shore property remains closed to vehicles due to continuing wet conditions at the restoration area following Hurricane Ian. For the public’s safety, the drive will remain closed to motorized vehicles to allow water levels along the drive to recede and the road surface to stabilize. The restoration area is open to foot traffic.
