Rotary eClub of Florida presented Dr. Loretta Forlaw, RN and Col-Ret USA, with a Paul Harris Fellowship as a thank you for her help and assistance with two health fairs for local and disenfranchised citizens in Apopka, as well as assisting with other events. The award was presented by Dr. Phyllis Olmstead, Rotary eClub president.
