On December 19, 2023, AdventHealth recognized three Apopka firefighters with certificates of excellence for their level of care and service provided during a recent call for a medical emergency.
Apopka firefighter/paramedic Tim Sundvall, firefighter/EMT Josh Roell, and firefighter/EMT Josh Baker were dispatched to a call regarding a patient experiencing a medical emergency. The crew played a key role in recognizing that the patient was going through the imminent stages of labor.
