The city of Apopka’s Parks and Recreation Department hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the renovations to the Fran Carlton Center including new flooring, lighting, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and new furniture. Fran Carlton herself was on hand to help with the ribbon cutting.
