Emma Jean Phillips, 73, of Apopka, Florida passed away on November 16, 2022.  Mrs. Phillips was born on June 12, 1949 in Johnson, South Carolina. Mrs. Phillips is preceded in death by her loving husband Aaron Phillips. She is survived by her children Sylvester and Helen; her brother James Richardson; as well as her beloved church family. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.

Helen L. Williams, 96, of Apopka, Florida passed away on November 18, 2022.  Mrs. Williams was born on May 08, 1926 to the late Robert and Edna Curtis in Gravel Switch, Kentucky. Mrs. Williams moved to Apopka in 1987. Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by her loving husband Donald E. Williams Sr. She is survived by her children Sandy (Tim) Earnest, Donald (Debbie) Williams Jr., Robert (Barbara) Williams and Tammy (Ross) Davis; as well as 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She will be missed by her many loved ones and friends.

Sylvie Veronica James, 81, of Apopka, Florida passed away on October 29, 2022.  Mrs. James was born on October 24, 1941 in St. Kitts to the late Samuel and Winifred Hendrickson. Mrs. James is preceded in death by her loving husband Louis James. She is survived by her children Emelda James, Sandra (Paul Campbell) James, Althea James, Nathaniel (Sharon) James, Beverly (Rawle) Barnes and Lola James; siblings Sandrine Alphonso and Peter Hendrickson; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, as well as one great-great granddaughter.

BETTIE MAE CHAUDOIN, 87, Sorrento, passed away on November 5. Mrs. Chaudoin was born on August 6, 1935 in Kosclusko, Mississippi Survivors: daughter: Tina Chaudoin Holtzapple, Apopka; two granddaughters and 1 great-grandson. She was predeceased by husband Dewey Chaudoin.

MARIA ALEJANDRA ROMERO ARAUJO, 29, Apopka, died Friday, October 28. She was born on June 22, 1993, in Oceanside, CA. Ms. Romero Araujo is preceded in death by father Jose Luis Romero Torres. Survivors: partner Jose De Jesus Magana; children Matheus Magana Romero, Daleyza Marie Romero, Edwin Alvarez Romero and Julian Romero; siblings Jose Luis Romero Araujo and Lesley Romero Araujo, and mother Maria Isidro Araujo Ramirez.

PATRICIA A. GILL, 81, Apopka, passed away on Sunday, October 30. She was born on March 24, 1941, in Flushing, NY. She is preceded in death by her son Daniel Gill. Survivors: husband Earl Gill, children Michael (Kathleen) Gill, Joann (Randy) Dickson and Karen West; 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

BARBARA G, MARQUESS, 88, Apopka, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 29. She was born in Murray, KY on June 24, 1934. She was a public librarian with Orange County Library System and Ocala Public Library, and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors: daughter, Beth (Doug), son, Doug (Tammy); four grandchildren, and sister Nancy Alexander.
