The sports-themed casual dining restaurant Miller’s Ale House will come to the Apopka City Center, it was announced at a Thursday, February 2, press conference at the Apopka City Center Hilton Garden Inn.

Michael Wisdom, owner of Wisdom Development Group, of Peoria, Ill., announced at the press conference that his firm will develop the 6,700-square foot restaurant with a large outdoor dining area at the corner of South McGee Avenue and U.S. Highway 441/Main Street.

Wisdom Development Group has developed several centers, commercial parks and freestanding restaurants including multiple Miller’s Ale House locations across Central Florida.

Located at the U.S. Highway 441/S.R. 436 interchange, the Apopka City Center is a 35-acre mixed-use development that now consists of the Highland Manor as a wedding venue and the 118-room Hilton Garden Inn.

A Winn-Dixie is currently under construction at the City Center. Starbucks and the Brew Theory Food Hall are slated to begin construction. A 195-unit residential complex will also go up at the City Center.
