The third annual Apopka Hispanic Heritage Celebration marked Hispanic Heritage Month on Saturday, September 28, at Kit Land Nelson Park. The Orlando-based Raymi Dance School performs a traditional Peruvian dance. Ybeth Bruzual, Spectrum News 13 personality, makes a special appearance and speaks to the crowd.
