Locally owned and operated
Holland is responsible for all day-to-day activities of Chick-fil-A Apopka, including employing approximately 150 full- and part-time team members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Holland aims to honor the legacy of Chick-fil-A Hunt Club’s late owner-operator Britt Ratledge, who she had the pleasure of working with and learning from earlier in her career. His service to the local community and commitment to developing future leaders is recognized by a dedicated plaque at Chick-fil-A Apopka.
“As a local owner-operator, my greatest joy comes from the impact we can have on our Team Members and the local community,” said Holland. “The updated restaurant allows us to better serve our community and provides even more opportunities for leadership development for our team members. All of this would not have been possible without Britt Ratledge’s commitment to his community, and it is truly a privilege to honor his legacy through serving our guests and continuing to partner with local community organizations.”
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Holland’s nearly 30-year career with Chick-fil-A began during high school as a team member at Chick-fil-A Palm Beach Mall. In college, she transferred to Chick-fil-A Tuskawilla Road in Winter Springs in 1997, where she received several Remarkable Futures Scholarships.
In 2003, she began supporting new restaurant openings in California and Arizona. Holland was then selected as the local owner-operator at Chick-fil-A Seminole Towne Center in Florida and went on to serve at nearby locations Chick-fil-A Altamonte Springs and Chick-fil-A Maitland Boulevard.
In 2022, she relocated to become the local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A Hunt Club, now Chick-fil-A Apopka.
