The Apopka Youth Council (AYC) is now accepting applications from Apopka area high school students and homeschooled students for the 2022-2023 school year. The application deadline is September 2. Resume and recommendation letter are required.
The AYC is made up of civic-minded youth that have expressed an interest in local government. Members will learn about local government, identify ways to improve Apopka for its youth, recommend and/or create activities that will appeal to Apopka youth, and participate in community events.
