The 19th edition of the fair is scheduled for the weekend of Thursday, March 12, through Sunday, March 15, at Kit Land Nelson Park and Edwards Field. The area is bordered by Park Avenue, and First and Orange streets.
In a change from previous years, the midway rides and games only will be in Apopka from Friday, March 6, through Sunday, March 8, in addition to the days of the full Apopka Fair.
The Apopka Fair is organized by the Apopka Rotary Club with support from the City of Apopka. Proceeds raised directly benefit the Rotary Club of Apopka Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization supporting more than 40 local and international charities. Youth-oriented clubs are included.
Hours for the fair are 5-10 pm on Thursday. On Friday, the fair opens at noon and closes at 11 p.m. Saturday hours are noon to 11 p.m. Noon until 8 p.m. are the hours of operation on Sunday.
Admission into the fair is free. However, parking is $5 for an entire day. Animals are not allowed on the property. Sponsorships are still being sought.
