BBQ competition takes place Friday, February 8, and the event will run through Saturday, February 9 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., to include everything BBQ, live entertainment on the amphitheater stage from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., live demonstrations, BBQ food vendors and merchants.
