FOISTER “PETE” BELLAMY, 89, Apopka, died Wednesday, July 25. Mr. Bellamy was born in Pennington Gap, Virginia. He moved to Central Florida in 1959. Survivors: daughters, Monti Ladd, Connie Rodgers, Ocoee; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Loomis Family Funeral Home, Apopka.

JOHN HENRY SILER, 85, Ponce de Leon, died Sunday, July 29. Mr. Siler was born in Chevrolet, Kentucky. Mr. Siler was a longtime resident of Apopka. DONALD L. CARVER, 83, Eustis, died Sunday, July 22. Mr. Carver was born in Lowell, Ohio and moved to Apopka in 1968 where he worked as a mechanic. Survivors: wife, Edna; children, Ronnie, Denise, Beth: three grandchildren.

MAUREEN HOPPER SUMLIN, 52, Altamonte Springs, died Wednesday, August 1. Mrs. Sumlin was a para-professional at Wolf Lake Elementary School, Apopka. JOSEPH S. CANZONERI, 75, Apopka, died Saturday, August 4. Mr. Canzoneri was an Air Force rescue helicopter pilot, and later became a Chicago policeman, an announcer in WMAO’s traffic helicopter, and president of the Lynx bus drivers union. Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Apopka.

CAROLYN J. WILSON, 78, Apopka, died Monday, August 6. Mrs. Wilson was born in Apopka. GERELL PAYNE JR., 73, Apopka, died Tuesday, July 31. Mr. Payne was born in Coeburn, Virginia. CHARLES “ED” MULLINAX, 85, Amherst, Ohio, died Saturday, August 4, in Port Orange. Mr. Mullinax owned 17 Ford and Mercury dealerships in his career, including the one in Apopka, one of three in Central Florida. He served in the military with the 82nd Airborne Special Forces Division. Survivors: wife, Janet; sons, Larry, Jerry; daughter, Terri Jones; eight grandchildren. DANA ALICE ZUMBAUGH, 76, Fort Wayne, Indiana, died Tuesday, June 12. Mrs. Zumbaugh previously lived in Apopka for 30 years. She was born in Windsor, Missouri. Mrs.  Zumbaugh was a mainframe computer programmer at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. VIVIAN MARTIN STEINER, 95, Apopka, died Monday, August 13. Mrs. Steiner was a longtime resident of Apopka, and the owner of Vivian’s Beauty Shop in Plymouth for many years. WILLIAM “BILLY” T. BARRINGTON, 64, Apopka, died Friday, August 3. Mr. Barrington was a graduate of Apopka High School.
