Loaves & Fishes‘ Christmas distribution is from Monday, December 19, through Thursday, December 22. They prayerfully ask that items be donated by Friday, December 16. On that day, they will be open from 9 a.m. to noon to accept donations only.
Loaves & Fishes will help approximately 550 families with gifts and Christmas food baskets this holiday season.
Loaves & Fishes are in need of the following food items: canned hams, turkeys, chickens, canned meat (tuna, chicken and spam), Hamburger Helper; macaroni and cheese, boxed potatoes, stuffing, dry pasta, rice and canned food.
Suggested gifts are LEGO sets (great for all ages!), sports ball (basketball, football, soccer, Nerf, etc.), Barbie clothes, ethnic Barbies, Hot Wheels/big trucks, rubber-tipped dart boards, teen board games (Battleship, Scrabble, Monopoly, Trouble, etc.), Play-Doh, skateboards, tea sets and girls/boys toys (ages 2 years to 8 years).
